7 Eagle Group is a national military-focused recruiting agency and a Department of Defense-approved SkillBridge Provider. Your program is approved by DoDI 1322.29.

You are required to intern for 40 hours/week. Overtime (more than 40 hours/week) is not authorized, and any military leave during the above dates must be pre-approved by your internship Manager and accompanied by an appropriate military leave document from your Commanding Officer. Your schedule will coincide with company working hours and policies, therefore military leave will not be required for company holidays, breaks, and other periods where employees are otherwise not expected to work.

You are not entitled to any compensation or benefits from 7 Eagle Group or your managed Company during the internship, but you will continue to receive your military pay and benefits as defined by the DoD and your Service. You’re responsible for your transportation and living arrangements (i.e. finding housing, signing a lease, shipping your clothes and furniture, etc) and covering all associated costs.

7 Eagle Group will not provide you with any equipment. If you do not have the required items to participate in this internship (i.e. laptop, phone), please notify 7 Eagle Group immediately.

Upon successful completion of the training program, you will have an opportunity to interview for a full-time permanent W2 Employment position at your managed Company.
Your acceptance to the 7 Eagle Group DoD SkillBridge should not be construed or implied in any way as a guarantee of employment beyond the terms of this SkillBridge offer letter. Any discussion of or offer for employment with 7 Eagle Group or the managing Company will be separate from this agreement.

As a DoD SkillBridge Intern, you are not eligible for payments, commissions, company-sponsored benefits, or paid vacation. You may be required to submit time cards as a condition of participation, so we are aware of the hours you spend on your projects.

In collaboration with the DoD, this internship for professional experience constitutes the fulfillment of your assigned military duties and you will continue to receive all wages and benefits of your normal military service from the U.S. Government.

Your internship is at-will and either you, 7 Eagle Group, or the military service may terminate your internship at any time with or without notice. Before your internship, you may be required to pass a background check and prove your eligibility to be employed in the U.S.
