Absolutely! Here’s an example: Let’s say you have a $80,000 position you need to fill. That will cost you roughly $105,000 when you add benefits, insurance, and payroll taxes. If you don’t have to pay that for four months, you’ll save $26,000 ($100,000 x .25). Back out our fee in this example, $6,000 ($1,500/mo x 4 mos) and you’ll have a PROFIT of $15,000.
