A virtual career fair held every Thursday from 3 PM – 4 PM EST. As a speaker, you’ll have the opportunity to not only showcase your company and career opportunities, but also provide mentorship, guidance, and valuable tips to help military candidates build a rewarding civilian career.
What to Expect During the Event
Before The Event
- You’ll receive login instructions in a separate email from Zoom.
- If you don’t get them, you can log in with www.7Eagle.com/join. Just make sure to edit your Zoom screen name when you arrive.
- If you have trouble logging in, please immediately TEXT 914-469-9875.
- Ensure your camera is always on and conduct your session, preferably from a desk and not while driving in a car.
- Please wear business casual attire
Company Introduction
- You’ll have two minutes to introduce yourself, your company, your open positions, or the service you offer.
- Encourage candidates to join your Breakout Room to learn more.
Breakout Rooms
- Over the next 45 minutes, candidates will rotate through three, 15-minute Breakout sessions, allowing you to deliver your presentation to a new group each time.
- Write down the names of candidates you’d like to pursue.
Next Steps
- Following the event, candidates will be invited to provide feedback through a survey indicating their interest in further exploring opportunities with your organization.

- We average around 85 Transitioning Service Members, Veterans, and Military Spouses (and growing each week!).
- As this is a new initiative for 7 Eagle Group, we appreciate your patience as we build momentum and increase participation.

Pursuing Interested Candidates
- We’ll send you a contact list of candidates who expressed interest in your organization.
- If there’s a mutual interest, you can schedule calls directly with them—or we’d be happy to assist in making the arrangements.

- If you’d like to introduce candidates to companies outside of 7 Eagle Group, please coordinate with your Dedicated 7 Eagle Group Client Manager here so we can facilitate the connection.
- We prefer to manage all new business relationships to ensure a smooth process for candidates and employers.
Participation Agreement
- Please acknowledge that any military candidate you meet at our career fair is a 7 Eagle-referred candidate.
