SPONSORSHIP FEE
- Special Discounted Sponorship Fee of only $4,000 due on Day 30 (our regular fee is 20% of the first year salary)
- The government pays your new hire's salary and benefits for 3 months saving you thousands. Example: you'll save est. $18,750 for a $60,000/year salaried employee.
- If your new hire is good match — this occurs 93% of the time and is everyone's goal — convert to a permanent W2 Employee for no additional fee.
- 90% of all W2 hires also come with a $4,800 federal tax credit for your company.
- Guarantee -- if new hire does not last 90 days due to performance issues, we replace him or her with another qualified candidate of your choice.
- If you prefer to hire a Military Veteran who already possess civilian experience or we are unable to identify a transitioning Service Member who meets your requirements, our Sponsorship Fee is 15% of the first year's salary due on Day 30.
We NEVER allow our Sponsorship Fee to prevent you from hiring military talent.
