HOW IT WORKS

Share our Job Openings on social media. Let your buddies know about the wide variety of openings 7 Eagle Group is eager to fill. More opportunities are added daily!

When your buddies apply for a position, they’ll be asked who referred them so 7 Eagle Group. Your name will be coded to their profile when they mention you name.

Every time one of your buddies is hired by one of our clients, we’ll send out three $50 Black Rifle Gift Cards — one to you, one to your buddy, and one to the Veteran Service Organization of your choice.
TERMS:
- Hiring companies pay us a nominal placement fee after each successful hire who remains employed at least four months. Our service is free to Veterans.
- All Gift Cards are emailed on the new employee’s four month anniversary.
- Since 7 Eagle Group is a “Veterans First” organization, we periodically reduce our placement fee considerably or even wipe it out altogether if the hiring company does not have a recruiting budget. In these instances, we are unable to purchase Gift Cards. Thank you for your understanding.
