OPTION #1
CAREER TRANSITION PROGRAM
- In exchange for providing an Active Duty Transitioning Service Member with his or her first job, the Military will cover up to six months of salary and benefits.
- Save an estimated $30,000 (based entry level average comp).
- Most Service Members possess active Security Clearances and COMPTIA Certifications like A+, Network+, and Security+
- Placement Fee is split into two parts after the candidate starts working.
- Internship Fee: $3,997 due on Day 30.
- Conversion Fee: If you decide to convert Service Member to a W2 Employee after the Internship, an additional 18% of the first year salary is due immediately (minus the $3,997 Internship fee).
- Convert the Service Member to a W2 Employee (everyone’s goal!) and receive a $5,600 Federal Tax Credit…a nice perk!

OPTION #2
W2 EMPLOYEE
- Nothing due during initial month to ensure new employee is a good fit.
- 18% Placement Fee due on Day 30.
- Pay 30 Days after the start date to eliminate your financial risk and ensure that the new employee stays long-term and adds enormous value.
If the new employee is terminated for any reason during the…
- Initial 90 days: receive a free replacement guarantee.
- Between 90 and 365 days: receive 50% credit toward any future assignment.

OPTION #3
CONTRACTOR
- 7 Eagle Group can be your Employer of Record and provide full benefits and insurance for your Contractor.
- The employee is in our books, not yours.
TAX CREDIT

- Some Veterans may come with a federal Tax Credit for your company.
- This is a straight deduction off of your quarterly bill
- Receive an eligible $2,400 - $9,600 for every Veteran Hired
