As a Department of Defense-approved SkillBridge Provider, we are committed to supporting your transition to a civilian career.

Representation and Responsibilities

As a SkillBridge intern, you represent yourself, 7 Eagle Group, the military, and fellow transitioning Service Members. We entrust you to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and dedication.

Terms and Expectations

• • Work 40 hours per week, arrive on time, and demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.
• • Use accrued military leave after SkillBridge; no early termination for personal reasons.
• • Request approval for time off and make up missed hours.
• • Receive military pay and benefits; no compensation or benefits from 7 Eagle Group or host company.
• • Arrange and cover transportation and living expenses.
• • Provide own equipment (e.g., laptop, phone); notify 7 Eagle Group if necessary.
• • Release 7 Eagle Group from liability.
• • Note that SkillBridge acceptance does not guarantee full-time employment as a Veteran.
• • Understand the objective of SkillBridge is a permanent position once you exit the military. If you do not plan on this outcome, 7 Eagle Group is not for you.

Ongoing Requirements

• • Devote your absolute best effort!
• • Communicate regularly with your supervisor.
• • Seek support from 7 Eagle Group's POC if needed.
• • Complete the daily check-In form every Monday - Friday.
• • Maintain accountability.
• • Failure to meet these expectations may result in termination of your SkillBridge participation and return to your Unit.
