- In exchange for providing a transitioning Service Member with his or her first job and valuable civilian experience, the military will cover up to six months of salary and benefits.
- This will save your company an estimated $30,000 during the Program and give you a chance to “test-drive” your next employee without the risk.
- 18% Placement Fee of the estimated first year salary if you convert the Service Member to a W2 Employee.
- Billed in monthly installments with guarantees to protect your investment.

DIRECT HIRE
- 18% Placement Fee due after the new employee starts.
