50% of whatever you collect from the hiring company.

You

7 Eagle Group

50% of whatever 7 Eagle Group collects from the hiring company. Example: $4,000 for a SkillBridge Internship, 20% of first year salary for a direct hire.

You or a Non DogTags Agency

Whatever you both agree. 7 Eagle Group is due 4% of the total Placement Fee collected for providing the platform.

Hiring companies are eligible to receive a $2,400 – $9,600 Federal Tax Credit for each eligible Veteran hired as a W2 Employee. ($5,600 for SkillBridgers)

Whoever engages the Hiring Company handles all invoicing and payments.
All payments are due AFTER any guarantee periods have been satisfied.
Anyone abusing the platform will be removed immediately.
Understand that 7 Eagle Group never lets its Placement Fee prevent a candidate from landing a position and every so often has to negotiate lower fees.
