PLACEMENT FEE

  • Nothing due upfront — only pay a one-time fee after we’re successful recruiting your perfect candidate.
  • Our direct hire fee ranges from 15% – 23% depending on the difficulty of your search assignment and the number of total positions you need us to fill.
  • We never let our fee prevent a Veteran from landing a job.
  • We are flexible and will do everything we can to get a Veterans hired.
  • Choose the hiring plan that fits your needs – We offer Temp-To-Hire, Remote Working or the traditional Direct Hire Placement Plans.

PAY-AS-YOU-GO

  • We protect your investment and eliminate all of your financial risk in the event your new employee quits or is terminated within the initial 90 days.
  • Placement Fee is spread out over six installments — Day 14, Day 28, Day 42, Day 56, Day 72, & Day 86.
  • Only pay the installment if the Veteran is still working — i.e. if the employee is terminated on Day 10, you owe nothing; if he is terminated on Day 30, you only owe the first two installments.

TAX CREDIT

  • Some Veterans may come with a federal tax credit for your company.
  • This is a straight deduction off of your quarterly tax bill.
  • Receive an eligible $2,400 – $9,600 for every Veteran hired.
