If a hire doesn’t work out — which will happen from time to time — it’s comforting to know you only pay a Placement Fee if we’re successful at recruiting the talent you need.
- We protect your investment and eliminate all of your financial risk in the event your new employee quits or is terminated within the initial 90 days.
- Your Placement Fee is paid in six installments — Day 14, Day 28, Day 42, Day 56, Day 72, and Day 86.
- Only pay the installment if the Veteran is still working — i.e. if the employee is terminated on Day 10, you owe nothing; if he is terminated on Day 30, you only owe the first two installments.
