NEVER! It costs you nothing to evaluate and interview your Candidate Shortlist of service members who meet your requirements. You only pay our Sponsorship Fee if you decide to hire one.

$375/week…which comes out to around only $8/hour! There are no additional placement fees if you decide to convert the new hire to a W2 employee (everyone’s goal!). We never allow our Sponsorship Fee to prevent you from hiring military talent. If you need any flexibility, let us know and we will make it work for you!

It usually takes 7-10 days for us to present your Candidate Shortlist
Absolutely! Here’s an example: Let’s say you have a $80,000 position you need to fill. That will cost you roughly $105,000 when you add benefits, insurance, and payroll taxes. If you don’t have to pay that for four months, you’ll save $26,000 ($100,000 x .25). Back out our fee in this example, $6,000 ($1,500/mo x 4 mos) and you’ll have a PROFIT of $20,000.

It also allows him or her to receive valuable on-the-job training experience and beef up the resume in case the match doesn’t work out. About 93% of all SkillBridgers end up staying on with the company making this program a huge success.
Not at all! Our candidates possess 4 to 20+ years of relevant military experience. You’ll of course have to train the new hire in your company’s SOPs, but you can rest assured you’ll receive a superstar team member who will add enormous value.
If your new hire is a good match — this occurs 93% of the time and is everyone’s goal — you’ll convert him or her to a permanent W2 Employee. If not, you’ve done a patriotic act by providing a valuable work experience that the Service Member will leverage to getting hired elsewhere.
