20% of the first year salary. That comes with a 90-day free replacement guarantee.

How fast does this process take?

How long has 7 Eagle Group been in business?

Will I have to train the Service Member from scratch?

Not at all! Our candidates possess 4 to 20+ years of relevant military experience. You’ll of course have to train the new hire in your company’s SOPs, but you can rest assured you’ll receive a superstar team member who will add enormous value.

Can you present Candidates with Active Government Clearances?

Yes,the majority of Service Members possess a Top Secret Clearance. You can feel confident you’re getting a “squared-away” new hire!

Are there other tax incentives for hiring military talent?

Yes! You may be able to apply for a Work Opportunity Tax Credit of $2,400 to $9,600 for every eligible Veteran you hire. 7 Eagle Group is NOT affiliated with this government program and has no influence over whether you get approved.
