By checking the box and digitally signing this form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms. We will email you everything for your records after you submit this form.

No Risk You're only responsible for paying 7 Eagle Group's Sponsorship Fee if the candidate you hire successfully onboards and begins working with your team. This ensures that you are fully protected in the event that anything falls through at the last minute.

Sponsorship Fee & Due Dates: The total fee for hiring a candidate is based on $375/week. For example, if the candidate works for 12 weeks, the total fee is $4,500 (12 weeks x $375/week).

Two Installments: 50% of the total Sponsorship Fee is due seven days after the candidate receives approval from their Commanding Officer to join your company. The remaining 50% is due on the candidate's start date. All payments are due via ACH or credit card (no printed checks).

No Compensation Due: The candidates will continue to receive salary, health insurance and housing allowance for the duration of the program (typically 3-4 months).

Managing Your Candidate: You will manage your candidate like your other employees and provide a 40-hour/week valuable learning experience.

No Obligation to Permanently Hire: There is no obligation to convert the candidate to a permanent W2 employee if it's not a good match for either side (although that is often the goal).

No Conversion Fee: If you hire the service member as a permanent W2 employee, there is no additional fee due to 7 Eagle Group.

Reporting Requirements: We ask you to complete a 30-second Weekly Check-In form every Friday so we can stay in the loop on your candidate's performance.

Free Replacement: If your Service Member is terminated due to performance issues or quits, you will receive a free replacement hire for the unused time. This rarely happens!

Limitation of Liability: 7 Eagle Group is not responsible for any losses caused by the candidate's misrepresentations, misconduct, damages, or failure to accept the position. This agreement is governed by Massachusetts law.
