- During this call, your Manager will guide you through the remaining steps in our process, including:
- Preparing you for upcoming interviews
- Negotiating a permanent hire salary on your behalf
- Strategizing to attract interest from additional companies, giving you leverage in your job search

Here's What Happens Next...
Your 7 Eagle Group Manager will work with you and the SkillBridge company to negotiate the best possible offer.
Step 1
You’ll complete an Offer Letter form AFTER we secure your SkillBridge position with your preferred company.
Step 2
Your host company will complete an Onboarding form to ensure they abide by the DoD Skillbridge requirements.
Step 3
Once 7 Eagle Group receives both forms, we email you — within 24 hours — an official SkillBridge Training Plan to present to your Commanding Officer.
Step 4
Once your Commanding Officer approves your SkillBridge participation, you’ll send us the authorization letter.
Step 5
You’ll report for work on your SkillBridge Start Date.
